How does myrentpad work?

The myrentpad mobile vehicle inspection can be carried out directly on a smartphone or tablet: simply photograph the license plate for instant access to the vehicle, then enter the interior and exterior condition, equipment, fuel level and mileage. Any damage is indicated visually by dragging and dropping icons onto a diagram or photos.

The damage report is then validated by electronic signature, automatically e-mailed to the customer and synchronized with myrentcar (even when entered offline), ensuring full traceability, efficient claims management and easy reinvoicing of damage.

What's the difference between rentpad and myrentpad?

The myrentpad module is separate from the rentpad module and requires migration and training.

New features include:

  • Publication on stores for secure download to Android and iOS smartphones and tablets.
  • Electronic signature of contracts directly from the application.
  • OCR reading of license plates, enabling rapid retrieval of the right file.
  • Damage rebilling, enabling automatic creation of a miscellaneous sales order or contract service (additional module).

New photo features:

  • Systematic photos for each departure/return (with or without damage report).
  • Default photo association for each vehicle (saved photo templates).
  • Vehicle sketches with reporting icons and photo evidence attachment.

How many inventories of fixtures can I do with myrentpad?

Myrentpad's inventory of fixtures is unlimited, allowing you to make as many departures and returns as you need, with no constraints.
